shaft learning step:
1. Change F4-40=0,
2. then set F2-00 password,
3. after set F2-03=1,
4. after 123steps,
5. the elevator will started from foundation floor ,
6. then up from one floor to another floor .
7. After reach the top, the main PCB will close for seconds = it is succeed shaft learning , then keep the data ,
8. change the F4-40=1
